A rules-honest 5e compatible AI Game Master, anytime and at any pace.

RuleScroll is a text RPG engine run by AI. Original scenarios. Dice and world state in code, not in the model. Free-text tactics the engine actually remembers.

You love tabletop role-playing games, but…

Getting friends together for a session is a three-week negotiation in group chats. Scheduling hell ruins the best campaigns. Playing regular computer RPGs is boring because of railroaded plots, predictable dialogue, and artificial limits.

RuleScroll solves this. The engine gives you a personal Game Master. It knows the system rules, judges moves honestly and logically, generates descriptions on the fly, and is ready to play even if you only have 15 minutes during a lunch break, in a cab, or late at night.

Under the Hood

Complex mixed moves

Spit in an enemy's face, hide behind a table, and shoot — in one request. Each step is processed and leads to its own consequences.

Honest math outside the AI

Rules and world state are calculated by code, not invented by the neural net. The Game Master's reply is consequences calculated by code, with no playing along.

Memory of consequences

If you flipped a table at the start of a fight, it stays flipped.

Emergent cascades

A failed jump can trigger a trap, and the noise from it can wake the guards. The engine builds a graph of these dependencies on the fly.

The live playtest is Russian-language on Telegram. The English Discord preview is next — same engine, when that slice is ready. Leave your email and we'll invite you then. This is not access to the current alpha.

We are building an open engine ecosystem. Leave your contacts to help develop the scenario builder, automate your text adventures, and monetize content for thousands of players.

Building the game right in front of you

We believe in open development (Build in Public). We share the engine architecture, how we work with AI, the marketing strategy, screw-ups — the whole process of building and promoting the game. Progress notes are on the blog. The Telegram diary is in Russian.

Already speak Russian? The current alpha is on Telegram — see the RU site.
